Let me be totally honest. In my mind, there’s only ONE good reason for sweating. And it’s not happening at a gym. (If you don’t know what I mean, we can not be friends. Just saying.) However, in SL, its so much easier to say you had a proper work out, even if you haven’t.

The Fit & Fierce Fitness Set by Silence is just the thing you need it you want to set the scene for working up a great sweat. This set comes with a lattice wall rack, fully stocked with a yoga mat, yoga blocks, excercise ball, and hand weights. There are also wearable hand weights with animations in them as well.

The yoga mat comes contains single and couples poses, as well as a static pose for capturing all your work out photos. The excercise ball comes with quite a few amusing static poses. If you are serious about your SL workouts, these poses are definitely for you!

The motivational wall art is a sweet addition to this set. The entire set is copy/mod, so you can use this word art anywhere, not just in your home gym.
