Picket Fences

” The wide world is all about you: you can fence yourselves in, but you cannot forever fence it out. “

J.R.R. Tolkien

There is something to be said about picket fences. No matter the size, color or state of the wood, a picket fence always piques a bit of curiosity. A tall fence often makes you want to peek behind it, or over it to see what’s on the other side. A short fence seems to call to your fingertips, so you run your fingers along the tines. And whether white and pristine, or aged and falling apart, picket fences seems quaint, rustic and picturesque.

Le Boudoir by Never Totally Dead

The fence kit that comes with Le Boudoir by Never Totally Dead allowed me to indulge my love of picket fences as I carefully placed it around this awesome build. Le Boudoir may be a small build, but it has so much character. The crumbling stone stairs, the thatched roof, the larger than life windows. It is a cottage that can be used in so many different ways!

Le Boudoir is only 54 LI. It comes with a texture change hud for the walls, a large fireplace, and expertly designed textures and details. It’s available at this round of Cosmopolitan until September 21st. You can walk through the demo to see this piece for yourself.

A huge thank you to my friends at Never Totally Dead for sponsoring this post. Please follow the links below for more information on this amazing build and its awesome creators!
